According to this dictionary (https://books.google.sk/books?id=cjdLAAAAcAAJ&pg=PT1157&lpg=PT1157&dq=%22sublicus%22&source=bl&ots=bDALcP_51m&sig=yBnSy2SCg0UQK42_AC_f-rJFf2k&hl=cs&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwiW2Lap2tTRAhVElxoKHQJHDIIQ6AEISTAJ#v=onepage&q=%22sublicus%22&f=false), "sublica" means a (wooden) pile or post, and "sublicius" = made of such piles. Index fungorum quotes Karsten's name as being originally "sublicaeformis". Perhaps the fungus resembles it somehow?

see also https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pons_Sublicius - perhaps the stems of Artemisia vulgaris on which the fungus was originally collected reminded the author of this?

Re : Etimología Allophylaria subliciformis
I would expect that subliciformis refers to the fungus, not the substrate. But I do not know to which part of the fungus.

Allophylaria could mean "different" and "related", but also here I am not sure. It was erected as a section of Peziza in 1869 directly after Phialea (= Cyathicua), but Karsten did not mention that genus. But he included also Pezicula eucrita in this sectionm maybe because of the similar spores and red ascus iodine reaction.

In the protologue of sublicoides he does not say anything that could refer to the etymology of the epithet. He compared the species with Bisporella/Calycina citrina and B. pallescens.
