Lachnum fasciculare ? on Crataegus
Thorben Hülsewig, 04-08-2021 12:28
Hi there,

two months ago i found this Lachnum on Crataegus.
I think it is Lachnum fasciculare, but i'm not familiar with this genus.
What is your opinion about it ?

best regards,
Thorben

Re : Lachnum fasciculare ? on Crataegus
Difdficult to say because I can only assume that the asci arise from simple septa. The paraphyses have strng VBs and probably protrude strongly beyond the asci.

So I suggest L. pudibundum. L. fasciculare has croziers and longer hairs.

Danke Zotto,

Thorben
