The size range of ascospores seems very important, 28 µm comes probably from an overmature ascospore.
Based on your data, especially the numerous ascospores uniguttulate, and the ecology I don't see any species that could fit. It looks like small specimens of T. ochracea but the latter is not so small and is associated with Fagaceae.
