This would require a lot of more details. 
I wonder how you arrive at so exact data when the photos are quite unsharp.

Is the fungus still fresh? Important are the contents of the living paraphyses, the iodiune reaction of the asci, the structure of the excipulum at fkanks and margin (in a section).

I dobt Hymenoscyphus but am not sure.

Unfortunately the sample was too small and difficult to cut.
I just wanted to know if this species belong  in this genus.

Thjis is a matter of experience. 0.5-1 mm is a rather large fungus for a good deal ofaxa. amateurs who use to study smaller taxa. Of course a bino is necessary, and there you can do quite easily sections with a razor blade. But the main thing is to study living asci and spores with oil immersion and to have a good adaptation of the camera.
