Phyllosticta thujae ? on Thuja standishii

yesterday i found this fungus on needles of Thuja standishii.
I would like to say that is Phyllosticta thujae, but i'm not sure.
In the internet there are some micropictures but there have shorter Appendages.
Can someone help me ?
