By the way in 2012 you reported on this forum about a Splanchnonema on Betula, possibly S. quercicola (the striated spores are an important if not unique feature of this species). Only the substrate of that collection (Betula in stead of Quercus) is odd. What is your current opinion on the identification of this collection?
We had the first Dutch record in May this year.
