Bonsoir à tous,Récolté récemment cet asco sur aiguille d'épicéa (Picea abies). Je pratiquement certain qu'il s'agit de Lophodermium piceae mais je souhaiterais une confirmation de votre part car je ne l'avais jamais déterminé précédemment.
a) spores filiformes ± arrondies à une extrémité et pointues à l'autre, avec nombreuses guttules réfringentes : 65-85x1,5-2
b) paraphyses longues filiformes et enroulées à l'extrémité

in my opinion is this L. piceae. The Rhytismatales are an interesting order, specific Lophodermium.

Lophodermium-species shut surely quickly with aridity again and also need long to be open again. This applies on nearly all Rhytismatales. I put the substrates to be examined always on damp kitchen paper in a closed box and ventilate daily. In the moment You find with guarantee Lophodermium species on needels from Larix, Juniperus, Picea, Pinus.....and caulicole from Paeonia of the last year.
