Hello,This asco was on soil (rich with loam and calcium), found it 17-11-2023. Sessile, young hemispherical, later flat discoid. No obvious hairs or dark margin. Asci 190-200 x 16-20.
Paraphyses a bit taller than asci, filled with orange content, capitate apex and a lot of them curved.
Spores with clear ornamentation, surrounded by a sheath (quite "floppy" and easily damaged when squashed too hard). Ornamentation 1,2 - 1,8 µm. Spores without ornamentation 15-17,3 x 8,2-9,4.
With Haffner and Spooner I come at Aleuria congrex, but I would very much like to hear your opinions because I am not very experienced and the species is rare in the Netherlands.
Thank you in advance and greetings,
Maria
