Hola,

Susana

Hi Susana

I also thought about uvidula. The apos remind me more of Xylogramma (Durelly atrocyanea), but not the micros.

No idea. L. uvidula has a pronounced apical thickening and thin lateral walls. This one tends to thick lateral walls and less thick apical wall. Also spore shape is more cylindrical here.

I could imagine that the two species are similar in their DNA, though. It seems there exists a group of lignicolous species that sharply differ genetically from herbicolous ones.

Re : Naevioideae
Just curious, but is that algae near all those apothecia?

Re : Naevioideae
Surely, but this is normal with drought-tolerant discos, Orbilias often grow like this but a connection was never shown to be probable.

Got it. Thank you. I am thinking about this subject.

Re : Naevioideae
