Collected in Belgium on old Stereum hirsutum:
Perthecia pyriform, 0.2 mm diam., gregarious, immersed in a white subiculum, with protruding ochraceous brown ostiolum. Asci cylindrical, with 8 uniseriate ascospores, 47-60x4-5 µm.
Ascospores ellipsoidal, 4.5-6.5x2.5-3 µm, 1-septate, with a large guttule in each cell, smooth, hyaline. Subiculum hyphae 2-2.5 µm diam., irregularly verruculose, hyaline.
Thanks for helping me to determine this Sphaerostilbella-like species.

Ta récolte me fait penser à Nectriopsis oropensoides que j'ai déjà trouvé dans ma région mais la taille des spores ne correspond pas vraiment…

Eh bien, Bernard, ta proposition convient parfaitement, inclus l'ornamentation des hyphes. J'avais exclu cette possibilité pensant que cette espèce n'était que lignicole.
Bonne année 2021 à toi aussi et espérons que les virus corona ne nous gèneront plus à se revoir.

Oui Bernard, j'avais trouvé la première station en Wallonie le 17/12/2015, à
Virelles, sur branche morte de saule cf. cendré et toi l'année d'avant le 30/10/2014, en Flandre (Lokeren, réserve naturelle du « Molsbroek »).
