Claussenomyces
Andreas Gminder, 07-06-2020 22:01
Andreas GminderBonsoir,

today I found a Claussenomyces and was astonished by the spores being amyloid in Melzers. Its only well visible in the young spores which don't have that high oil content.
The spores are up to 35 x 5 µm, and it fits quite well Claussenomyces coeruleomarginatus.
But my collection is not from willow, but from still attached Quercus branch.

any remarks to the amyloid reaction? Is this a normal reaction for Claussenomyces?

all the best, Andreas
