From South Central Vermont, US. Black globose fruiting bodies on well rotted wood among Tsuga, Fagus, Betula and Acer.   Less than 1mm across with sparse black hairs.  The hairs are brown septate and thick walls, slightly swollen and lighter at the tips.  Asci around 62-87 x 10?m.  Spores about (12-) 16-17 x 4-5?m, hyaline, with large oil droplets, 1-3 septate, IKI negative.
Thanks!
