I found this cheilymenia species on dung. Orange flat frb up to 2,5mm with brown septated (max 14 septa) hairs (up to 650x30). Hairs thickwalled 3/4µm. Spores 11/13x23/26µm with one guttule (4µm diam). Asci max 30x195µm. Could this be C stercorea f stercorea?
Regards,
Ralph

Re : Cheilymenia species
Hello Ralph.
Spores seem smooth, but they are certainly not mature because they are still within the ascus.
Cheilymenia stercorea has stellate hairs on the sides.
Michel.

Re : Cheilymenia species
Hello Peter and Michel,
Add some text and pictures in original description. Measured spores outside the asci (did it too the 1st time but no pictures then). Size consistently 11/12x23/25µm. Can't find any bigger spores and saw 100-dreds. Seems small for megaspora? What do you think?
