Hello.An anamorph located on the surface of a thin
Hello to everybody,Collected some years ago on stem of Heracleum sphondylium:
Perithecia scattered, immersed, without stroma, ellipsoid, 0,25-0,35 mm long by 0,2 mm high, with slightly protruding papillate ostiolum. Peridium wall pale greyish brown, papilla blackish.?
Asci cyl., 8-sp., upper part 1-ser, lower part 2-ser., apical annulus refractive and 1,5 m diam. by 1,5 µm high, 130x7 µm.
Sp. fusiform, with pointed ends, longitudinally striate, hyaline, 0(1,2,3)-septate, 15-20x4-5 µm, mostly with 6 large guttules and a few small ones (lipid content 4,5), with a mucous about 1 µm diam. droplet at both spore ends.
Peridium wall of pale brown text. epidermoidea, ostiolar part dark brown.
This is, acccording to me, a Phomatospora close to P. striatigera. Herewith a drawing of the spores. Any help is welcome.
By the way, can anayone supply me the paper in which Phomatospora triseptata is described? Thanks in advance.

Les espèces présentes dans les travaux de Raja et Shearer sont des espèces de milieux humides, voire carrément aquatiques. En outre tu as dû noter des différences avec ton Phomatospora.
Tu te souviens d'ailleurs peut-être que j'en avais soumis dans ce forum, sur Typha et sur Carex, deux plantes de milieux humides. Mes récoltes se référaient à P. striatigera (il faudrait d'ailleurs que j'en dépose une dans la base), et je pense que la tienne doit être quelque chose de proche, mais différent.
Tes conclusions sont-elles en accord avec mon analyse ?

Pour l'instant pas de solution. J'ai une deuxième collection très proche sinon identique de 1988 sur Galeopsis tetrahit. Donc pas directement en milieu humide.
