Apothécies d'abord presque sphériques, s'ouvrant ensuite, sessiles mais épigées, ~ 0.3 mm, ext. brun-rouge sombre du fait d'incrustations brun rougeâtre amorphes surtout abondantes vers la marge, hyménium d'abord briqueté par transparence mais en fait hyalin, concave puis plan. Marge semblant légèrement déchirée, présentant des poils courts.
Asques hyalins, 8-sp, spores bisériées, 38-44 x 5-6.5 µ, à crochets, IKI bleu.
Spores hyalines, sans guttules, 7-13 x 2-2.5 µ.
Paraphyses cylindriques, hyalines, un peu renflées-clavées au sommet, x 2-3 µ.
Poils courts, septés, x 5-6 µ au sommet.

I think this is "Microscypha" monticola Svrcek 1976 which is a Pyrenopeziza close to P. betulicola/betulina. The red-brown exudate around the hairs is not that known to me, but I can imagine that this varies.

Maybe because it can vary with the substrates? The litter was also damp when I picked it, and there was some peat also.
