I'm trying to get this. I have many of the others of Rhytismatales but it is always a pain to get access to these. I have written to our librarian here we'll see if we can get it.

Perhaps it would be appropriate (and courteous) to work something out with staff at Kew if we were to do something more formal than just the odd paper. I agree these papers are very useful and well put together.
