Asco on Picea

Hi there,

Last Saturday I found this Asco on a branch of a Picea.
I find the appearance of the paraphyses very interesting.
Any idea what this could be ?

what about Coenogonium pineti (a lichen)? The spores are perhaps a bit too big, though.
