Ombrophila sur cône d'épicéa (Picea abies)
Bernard CLESSE,

Bernard

Re : Ombrophila sur cône d'épicéa (Picea abies)
Nice species, but Ombrophila is difficult.
necesary will be to see the unopened dead ascus apex in IKI, whether the amyloid ring extends to the very apex or not. Also a section would be valuable, though perhaps impossible because of abundant gel. Are there crystals, and is there an external gel outside the ectal excipulum also?

Thank you Zotto ! I hope to find the time to do this microscopy but not sure because I have several species (basidio) waiting too ... despite the very dry weather.
