There is a key to fungi on bryophytes with also a list of host genera in 'Microfungi on Miscellaneous substrates' by Martin and Pamela Ellis

The limitation would be "English language". If you are prepared to do a little work both Racovitza 1959 (in French) & Dobbeler 1978 (in German) are excellent works.
