Hola recogi estas Bisporellas para hacer una foto, y al realizarla he visto estas Orbilias, es madera de Fagus a unos 1600m, en zona muy humeda,la madera sedesace al tocarla,LLegan A 1,3 mm, la muestra mayor.
en madera de Fagus en orilla rio.
Ascas de entre 24--30 x 6--7.
Esporas 7--11 x 1,2--1,4.
Conidios posibvles en foto nº 27, miden 35 x 10.
Margen de celulas globosas a piriformes.
Medular de prismatica a globosa.
en la bibliografia que tengo no veo ninguna que vaya bien con la muestra.

This must be Hyalorbilia polypori (Velen.). The spores are a bit too narrowm but perfectly fits the drawing "Orbilia" cryptocarpa Svrcek, a synonym of polypori, though the spores were correctly measured broader: *5–8.5(–9) × 1.3–1.8 µm.
Only from Asturias we know one collection, by Enrique. Please let me know where you found the species.

Altitud sobre 1700m
Hayedo, orilla rio, en lateral de tronco muy humedo y degradado, no dentro de agua.

Se me olvido comentar, que esporas de 11 micras solo vi una o dos, la mayoria de promedio da

In my map it is Hospital de Benasque.

El rio, es como un barranco o un Riachuelo, (corriente de agua) que decimos, que baja agua todo el año.
No se si tiene algun nombre, pero baja del Ibon grande de los IBONES DEL ALBA a unos 2300m,
En la zona solo hay Haya, mas arriba si que hay Pinus uncinata con algun Abeto aislado, no se si pudo haber bajado un trozo con el agua,
la rama tenia sobre 60 cm. largo y unos 10 cm de diametro,
Pero como decia estaba muy degradada y se rompia facilmente, solo me baje unos trozos muy pequeños,

In Google Earth you can view images of the forest just at this place. And I see there conifer trees, possibly Abies, but maybe Pinus. Therefore my question. I think even when it is very rotten you can distinguish conifer and angiosperm wood. Fagus has broad radial rays, very conspicuous.
With Abedo you mean Abeto? That would be Abies perhaps. So is there Abies alba also?
The Bisporella is citrina, right? What does 1.3 mm mean, not the max. apo diameter?
Did you keep the sample under a number?

Oh this is difficult. Sorry, if this were in cross section I could probably say, but here in radial I need much higher resolution. A thin section at 400x would be optimum. The pits between the cells are typical.
I looked I have Calycina citrina once on a coniferous wood (Picea), so it seems rather improbable that yours is also coniferous.
