Hello all
I have run this document through a powerful OCR reader; although the resulting PDF is twice the size of the original, it has the advantages that:
* I have stripped out all the blank pages (well over 100)
* it is easier to navigate through the document
* the new PDF is searchable unlike the one available online
if anyone is interested I will put in in my Dropbox . . .
