Conidiospores on rose twig and twig on Sambucus Nigra

The rose is intertwined with black elderberry.Probably conidiospores, ca 15x6 my, light brown, 1-3 septae, several connected to hyphae. Same macro-and microscopic apparance on both rose twigs and black elderberry. Could this be Phragmotrichum rivoclarium? or other species?
