This mold-like fungus was growing on some plant remains that had fallen into a little forest stream (either petiole or piece of thin herbaceous stem).

Spores: 

(9.7) 9.9 - 10.8 (11.6) × (6.3) 6.4 - 7.4 (7.9) µm
Q = (1.3) 1.4 - 1.6 (1.7) ; N = 15
Me = 10.4 × 7 µm ; Qe = 1.5

Probably not easy, but let's see...
