Culture intérieure sur bûche très décomposée de conifère
Spores lisses, ellipsoïdes-fusoïdes à une extrémité, avec 1 guttule, 5-7 x 2-2,5 µm, 6,2 x 2,2 µm en moyenne (10 spores), Q = 2,86
Asques à 8 spores bisériées, avec crochet basal, avec appareil apical amyloïde en Lugol, 26-33 x 5-7 µm
Paraphyses cylindriques, septées sur la partie inférieure, parfois fourchues, à contenu homogène jaunâtre pâle réfringent, 33-35 x 1-1,2 µm, dépassant les asques seulement de 3-5 µm
Poils fusoïdes(?), élargis à la base, à paroi incrustée sur presque toute la longueur, 50-60 x 4-5 µm
Excipulum en textura globuleux-angularis
Absence de subiculum aranéen

If as it appears the hairs are only basally and not apically granulate, this should be a Dasyscyphella sp., possibly D. nivea.

Bonsoir,
pour moi ca a l'air d'une Hyaloscypha. Avec petits spores, des poils avec beaucoup de resin, des crochets et sur bois de conifères --> Hyaloscypha aureliella. C'est la plus commun du genre, au moins sur bois de conifères.

Hi Roland,
I think Andreas is right, the hairs and resin look very much like Hyaloscypha aureliella. The hairs in Dasyscyphella are less flexuose.
