I think there are a lot of poorly described or undescribed discomycete species on Eucalyptus. A quite similar one but not the same as yours I once posted here:

Lothar, yours should be a Calycina, though not C. herbarum which microscopcially would be similar. Joseba's I cannot say. Living paraphyses would be one reauired feature.

Where do you set the limit between these two groups? (I know that Calycellina in a wide sense is a very heterogeneous field, in very limited sense they are typically 4-spored).

The two groups are genetically distinct and there is a tendency visible that 1-septate spores like in C. herbarum never occur in Calycellina. Usually Calycellina spores are non-septate although being long and often narrow. But to find good characters is difficult.
