Nectriaceous fungus

Hi All,

A few years ago I collected what I thought was a corticioid fungus, it transpired that it was a nectriaceous fungus with minute dark-coloured perithecia (c 0.1mm across) crowded on a cream-coloured subiculum. The fungus was growing on a log of Fraxinus. The fungus is distinctive in having markedly striate ascospores which measured c12-14x5.5-6 and I thought this might provide a pointer for ID.

Best wishes,

Charles.
