Scutellinia with almost hyaline hairs

found on soil with hairs variable in size, up to approx. 700 µm in length and simple to bifurcate base (often rooting rather deeply). I did not observe a loosening perispor of the ascospores in heated CB. The spores measure about 20.2–21.5 x 12.5–13.9 µm.
I am really not sure which species this could be so I am happy to hear your opinion!
Best wishes,
Gernot

Re : Scutellinia with almost hyaline hairs
Hola Gernot, al parecer la Scutellinia subhirtella puede presentar pelos incoloros y de paredes delgadas, pero deberían estar intercalados con otros de pigmentados. Sin duda una especie muy interesante.
Saludos cordiales.

Re : Scutellinia with almost hyaline hairs
Hi, Josep,
thank you. I considered S. subhirtella but apart from the hairs I think the spore ornamentation is also slightly different. Scutellinia superba is another species with sometimes light-colored hairs but they should be shorter and the ascospore perispor should be loosening.
Best wishes,
Gernot
