Patellaria ? Black apothecioid with white subiculum

I found these minute black apothecioid ascos on bare hardwood last weekend in New York City. They occasionally grow on a white subiculum. The discs are less than 1mm in diameter. Asci are IKI- and 65-75 x 10µm. Spores are hyaline and multiseptate (14-) 19-25 (-27) x 4-5.5µm. There are filiform paraphyses which end in a brown, swollen tip. The tips measure 3-4µm wide. I keep coming back to Patellaria. Anyone have an idea what these could be?
Thanks in advance.
Ethan

Re : Patellaria ? Black apothecioid with white subiculum
Patellaria has fissitunicate, dead very thick-walled asci and no such hairs, also the paraphyses are surrounded by hyaline oil-like matter. I have no idea what you have here.

Ah, this looks better, yes, at least clearly bitunicate.
