Re : Trichopezizella rubroguttata ???
give use spore measurements. Probably rubroguttata, but there are some with and some without croziers, no idea if this is the same.

That's good. T. nidulus does not much exceed 10 µm.

Hello Zotto
Does the host important to determine these species.
For me:
- Polygonatum sp: T. nidulus
- Filipendula ulmaria: T. subnidulus
- Sambucus ebolus: T. rubroguttata (Svrcek collected it on another host, I do not remember)
cheers
François

Re : Trichopezizella rubroguttata ???
T. subnidulus was a provisional name before I realised existence of T. rubroguttatus.
I used subnidulus for samples on Ranunculus, Aconitum, Cicerbita, Galeopsis, and surely Filipendula
My database is still in some disorder here, since only the newer samples I named rubroguttatus, which include Sambucus ebulus, Epilobium hirsutum, Filipendula, Lysimachia and Lycopus.
which ones had croziers and which not I would need to look up, but I do not expect any host specificity.

Re : Trichopezizella rubroguttata ???
Thank you for your explanation.
I was given a collection on Filipendula ulmaria that fits rubroguttata well (croziers, spore size).

Re : Trichopezizella rubroguttata ???
o.k., but for the holotype of rubroguttatus nobody published a reexamination for croziers, it could have or have not .....
