I don't think such a key is available. The problem is that Camarosporium is essentially an artificial, polyphyletic assemblage, and would need a lot of research to understand how many good "species" there are.
The best I can suggest as a starting point is W.B. Grove's "British Stem- and Leaf-Fungi" volume II.
