It was found in Stange, Norway on a dead branch of Sorbus aucuparia with diameter 3 cm. It was completely submerged in the wood and very hard to see.

Q = (2.1) 2.2 - 3 (3.4) ; N = 19
Me = 23.8 × 9.1 µm ; Qe = 2.6
Asci: (4) 8-spored
(103.2) 111 - 161.2 (170.1) × (13.8) 14.9 - 16.7 (17.7) µm
Q = (7.2) 7.4 - 9.8 (10.4) ; N = 16
Me = 131.9 × 15.6 µm ; Qe = 8.4
