Suite de mes observations sur tiges pourries de renouée du Japon (plein de choses pour le moment !)Je n'ai pas d'idée pour ce champignon. L'état dans lequel les apothécies était mauvais quand j'ai fait les observations au microscope.
a) asques octosporés, à spores bisériées, sans crochet à la base (pas pu vérifier l'amyloïdité !)
b) spores fusiformes, uniseptées à maturité et étranglées au niveau de la cloison : 13-16,5x2,5-5 (selon leur maturation)
c) paraphyses ou poils (??) ampullacés au sommet

This looks like Calycina herbarum to me - not in a very good condition.

The strangulated and broader spores I am showing here could they be of the same species, or would it be a pollution of the preparation in your opinion?

Hello Bernard,
I think those are dead and degraded, old spores (of Calycina herbarum) that have lost their original form to some extent.
I think you can take the determination of Calycina herbarum for granted - if there was some doubt Zotto would have contradicted already :-)
