Re : Setose pyreno on Populus
I think I know this anamorph with 3-septate conidia: Pleurothecium recurvatum or something related.

Pleurothecium semifecundum and recurvatum are treated in Reblova et al. 2012, Mycologia, 104(6): 1299–1314. As teleomorph she has similar perithecia but without setae, in the genus Pleurotheciella.

Maybe you should also consult Carpoligna pleurothecii F.A. Fernández & Huhndorf, in Fernández, Lutzoni & Huhndorf, Mycologia 91(2): 254 (1999)

Hi Zotto

Genial! After reading the manuscript I think you could be right in your determination of Carpoligna pleurothecii

Thanks again for help me

Re : Setose pyreno on Populus
Thanks Enrique for the images sent by mail. I looked in Reblova and wonder why she mentions the genus but did not include it in her ITS analysis. I see in genBank that Carpoligna and Pleurotheciella appear to be related - no wonder - though distantly. Family and order apparently unknown. I am also unaware of a recommendation article about 1 fungus 1 name in regard to Sordariales.

Re : Setose pyreno on Populus

Hi Zotto

Now, I asked me what the correct  genus for this fungus is: the older Pleurothecium or the newest Carpoligna?

I could imagine that it is not yet decided whether ana- or teleomorph names will be used here for the holomorph. I am very unfamiliar with these fungi.
