Scutellinia on mud
Malcolm Greaves, 10-09-2014 12:22
Malcolm GreavesThis Scutellinia was found on a machine rut in damp woodland. When I looked at the first spores (av 20.3 x 13.1) with individual warts and the 635um long simple/bi furcate hairs looked a good fit for S subhirtella. The more spores I looked at the less likely this seemed as there were more with coalescing warts.
Has anyone suggestions.
Thanks
Mal
