Sur tige décortiquée de Populus tremula.
Ascomes superficiels, h=550-580 µm pour un diamètre de 800-850 µm.
Spores muriformes brun clair, pas d'enveloppe gel., de dimensions 25,1-28,7 x 12-13,4 µm pour Q = 1,9-2,3
Asques IKI-, plus ou moins cylindriques, spores obliquement unisériées, pied court, bituniqués. Pseudoparaphyses filiformes de largeur inférieure à 1 µm.
Je ne vois rien qui puisse correspondre dans les genre Teichospora, Pleospora et autres.
Une idée ?
I see that you are trying the second time. If you did not dry the material with heat, then send it to me. My next project starting in May 2014 will be about Cucurbitariaceae and "related" fungi.
