I don't know of such an index. But Rehm's Herbaria are in Stockholm. You could use their database as a substitute:

Just choose in the section "Exsiccata": Rehm, H.: Ascomyceten and click the search button. In the Results click on "Species name" then they appear in alphabetical order.
