'Botryosphaeria' on Populus nigra branches

I have collected these stromata with blackened and papillate surface on Populus nigra branches., but I have seen any pycnidia of their conidial state.
The teleomorph remind them of Botryosphaeria melanops (= Melanops tulasnei Nitschke) that it said grows only on Quercus branches (?)
What do you think?
Many thanks again
Enrique

Hi Enrique,
without anamorph, it's very difficult, however, your fungus is maybe B. quercuum.

Chirstian

Thank you Christian.
Do you think Botryosphaeria melanops is an impossible name for my collection?

Dear Hiran
I think that is impossible (or very expensive for me) to send you fresh material of these fungi. I'm only an amateur mycologist.
