this is probably a member of Entomophthorales - you must use a key from Stalislaw Ba³azy.

Well, I've discarded the specimen yesterday so can't add more, sorry.
I've also found an interesting Japanese site, Entomopathogenic Fungi Database (EPFDB) (http://fruit.naro.affrc.go.jp/kajunoheya/epfdb/Ebun/Eindex.htm).
