Calyptellopsis-like Cyathicula on moss and cones

Asques IKI bb , H+, 60-70 , Pars Sporifera 25-30
Michel

Re : Calyptellopsis-like Cyathicula on moss and cones
Cher Michel
you mean 0.09-0.12 mm for the stipe.
The apical ring is Calycina-like and also the elongated VBs forbid Calyptellopsis but fit Calycina, as does the oblita-excipulum.
Calycina conorum is never such long-stalked, but I have no idea besides this.

Re : Calyptellopsis-like Cyathicula on moss and cones
Merci cher Zotto,
I did hesitate with the IKI reaction type. Not as clear as usual to me.
So I ignored the possibility of a Calycina sp. thouth the typical paraphyses VBs. And of course gelatinized ectall is also possible there.
I did not observe any reddening of the apos due to VBs oxydation
This collection would then be close to the C. pulvinata or subtilis group
Or would Allophyllaria be another possibility ?
Amitiés Michel

Re : Calyptellopsis-like Cyathicula on moss and cones
Allophylaria is close to Calycina but usually has hemiamyloid apical rings and larger spores, also shorter VBs.
