L. pulverulenta on cone?
Juuso Äikäs, 14-09-2021 19:01
I found some small Lachnum-like fungi a couple days ago, growing on a fallen cone of Pinus sylvestris.

Unfortunately these are still immature, so there were no free, mature spores to be found. Asci IKI+(bb), with croziers; hairs with resinous drops.

The microscopy reminds me of Lachnellula/Dasyscyphella pulverulenta. I've found that species last spring, growing on Pinus needles.

So, does this species grow also on cones, or is this something else?

It much looks like that species. Jaap 1922 reports it on pine bark. Other literature lists apparently always pine needles.
