Eike Heinemann,

Hello together
on saturday we found this Pyrenopeziza sp on a steam of Rubus ideaus,
The fruitboides are grey with hair like elements.
In the field i think about Pyrenopeziza rubi or escharodes but the spore size dont fit and the spores have a at some spores septations.
The Asci Iki reaktion is bb and the asci mesurements are 61,7x6,1µ .
The paraphyses are 54,2 x 3,5µ.
The spores have mostly 2 big oil guttules and some more smaller. The spores are 9,5-15,7x1,9-2,1 µ . (The exact spore sizes are on a poto here)
The photos has make my muushroomfriend G.Jenk. Does anyone knows the species ?
Greetings,Eike

Re : Pyrenopeziza ?
I think it should be Pyrenopeziza dilutella.

Re : Pyrenopeziza ?
Dear Zotto,
Effectively it is not in Bernard Declercq's key.
I looked at your paper :
Key to the collected European Helotiales species based on vital characters.
p.30 Chapter "Trochila, Naevala, Pirot¬taea, Pseudo¬peziza, Pyreno¬peziza, Spilopodia, Trochila".
p. 31 Line 51, I found "Niptera" dilutella.
Is that species Pyrenopeziza dilutella?

Re : Pyrenopeziza ?
Yes of course, and Andreas Gminder combined it recently in Pyrenopeziza.
