Dear Lothar,
this reminds me on Hymenoscyphus eichleri (Zotto has it under Phaeohelotium monticola group). Did you check the asci? I've seen it from two similar localities (coniferous wood over 1000 m asl, near a bog or forest springs.

Indeed, H. eichleri is usually amyloid but sometimes inamyloid or variable.
