Peziza tenacella ?
Nina Filippova, 11-01-2015 15:36
Hello dear all,

recent discussions about carbonicolous Peziza's influenced me to check my specimen. This could be P. tenacella W. Phillips (= P. violacea Pers.).

The specimen was lost, so that i could not re-microscopy it at present. But it would be good to identify the species any way.

It grew on after-fire place in mixed coniferous-aspen forest, West Siberia near Khanty-Mansiysk (60.90003N, 68.73709E).

Spores with two guttules, with warts, 12.2 (11.4-12.7) x 6.6 (5.7-7.5) (measured spores were in asci, so that real size could be some larger).

Nina.

Re : Peziza tenacella ?
Yes Nina, clearly P. tenacella in my opinion.
