On Pinus needles

Hi,

some collections have been quite long in my fridge and some species have survived.
These are greyish, dark under, substipate and about 0,1-0,3 mm wide and reminded something like Gorgoniceps,
But the spores are not filiform nor septate, about 8-12x2-3.
The asci are about 55-65x5-7, IKI blue and paraphyses are cylindric about 2 micrometers wide.

Once again I'm lost in the forest with determination trials: Marja

Re : On Pinus needles
Hello folks,

even the genus would help me.
I really do not have an idea, where to look for determination.

If some extra photos or more information is needed, I'll try to provide it.
I got an old Olympus microscope for loan some weeks ago, so some details may be found easier.

We like to talk about weather here: We have again had about a week snow here. Today the temperature raised above 0 C. The snow of the "second winter" will vanish next week.

From North Carelian with best wishes: Marja
