Can you do a photo of the asci in Lugol please? Important is the reaction and especially the shape of apical ring (best in dead immature state).

Your last pic suggests Hymenoscyphus-type. I suspect "Pezizella" rufescens, which is in my Cudoniella folder and seems to have usually no croziers. Typical on cones in wet places. Did you look at the ascus base?
