It reminds me Peziza tenacella, but this latter grows on burnt places. Marcel Vega and I, we discovered last summer a Peziza species very similar to yours, growing on calcareous soil (without burning), but unfortunately we have no name for it!

Nicolas to the point I found Anthracobia (http://www.ascofrance.fr/forum?id=27014), I found what looks like (same seems), has a little smaller spores (perhaps immature ?). There the point was burnt. spores 13-14,5 x 7-8,5.
