Nemania maritima?

I have found this fungus that makes erumpent, subinmersed, roundish, carbonaceous and blackish perithecia, isolated or in small groups of 3-4 covered by a whitish tomentum at the young age.
They grow on the bark of a spiny tree or shrub that by the moment I don't know. The place is situated in the river mouth of the Nalón river in the Cantabric sea, with a obvious oceanic, saline, influence.
The spores have a straight germ slit, difficult to observe, much less than spore lenght.
I think in Nemania maritima
What do you think?
Thanks again

Re : Nemania maritima?
Hi Enrique,
I think you are absolutely right, though I never encountered such erumpent corticolous stromata. A new record for Spain? Something to celebrate!
Cheers,
Jacques

Re : Nemania maritima?
Thank you, Jacques
I think this fungus is 'new' for Spain because they are very few persons who dedicate his attention to this type of fungi in my country.
Yes! We will celebrate this (and others) things at Somiedo
With my best regards
