yesterday I found once again these 0,1-0,2 mm wide fungi on Pinus twigs.
I've found them for three years in wintertime, but newer even looked for them during summer.
Still I have no idea of the species - very annoying indeed.

The spores are ellipsoid, 7-10x3-4 and can be two celled.
They germinate fast in water.
Higer magnification photos just don't succeed so heres one with 500x

The asci are about 50-60x6-9 IKI-, paraphyses 2-3 wide at tips and have few septas.

thank you. What a relief, finally I know it's a Ciliolarina!
Probably C. pinicola, because it is common on dead branches of Pinus sylvestris still attached to the stem. I send a specimen to Mr Huhtinen, because only C. neglecta is on the year 2000 ascolist.

This is Ciliolarina pinicola - no color in Lugol and the cells were a little brownish.
I checked one other list and noticed, that this species has been found from Finland .But I doubt, that there are not many collections evenif the species seems common. I suppose, that its size is out of the limits of common interest ;)
I've got a copy (really copied ;) ) of Raitviirs Revised... and found Ciliolarina key and descriptions there.
