Przemyslaw Drzewiecki, 28-12-2022 20:50
Hello, All
August 7, 2020. Bydgoszcz area, Poland. Built-up agricultural habitat. Last year's Agrimonia eupatoria stem.

All asci with 4 small (5,5-6,2 x 1,6-2,1) ascospores and 4 larger (10,3-14,3 x 2,55-3,2) ones.
Best regards - Przemek

Re : Gnomoniopsis sanguisorbae. Is the designation correct?
Hallo Przemyslaw,
I am in interested in part of this collection, if possible.
The larger spores seem to have a median septum.

Best wishes,

Dimitar

Re : Gnomoniopsis sanguisorbae. Is the designation correct?
Hello Alain
I was suggesting: Systematics of genus Gnomoniopsis (Gnomoniaceae, Diaporthales) based on a
three gene phylogeny, host associations and morphology  (.M.Walker and others):
"Ascospores of species of Gnomoniopsis are
one-septate with a median to submedian septum that
may or may not be slightly constricted".

Best wishes Przemek

Re : Gnomoniopsis sanguisorbae. Is the designation correct?
I have just e-mailed it.
Without additional studies we cannot be sure where this collection belongs.
