Hello Bernard, looks like spores (more likely conidia) protruding through the ostiolum. Not uncommon at many ascomycetes incl. anamorphs when ripe and moist weather. Your pictures do not give a hint to me what species this could be.

Your photos do not represent the brown bottle-shaped conidiomata of Dermea cerasi.
Maybe we have to do with beta conidia of some Diaporthe sp.
